Was also able to find the CD version of the manual on e-bay. Cost me about 12 bucks.

Very detailed and useful I'm sorry, maybe I just have a different thought process about it, but.why the hell would you pay some random eBay guy $12 for something is free and widely available? It's 99% profit for them, they get it for free, burn a CD, and mail it out.
Also, if you bought one that doesn't mention a specific year, who knows what year it's for. And yes, there are things that change from year to year that are important.

I bought it because I have a stone-aged laptop with slow processor and no CD burner. Yes, it does mention reference the correct year.
